Chucky is a fat pink Rat, and is technically, the Muscle of the Rat Brothers. with a lighter shade of pink on His stomach and lower jaw. in Seasn 2 appearances, His jaw is Pink. voiced by Allan Melvin who was known for Originally voicing Magilla Gorilla. but in very few episodes, He's voiced by Frank Welker.
